Located in a quiet neighborhood, 23 minutes from Sunday River and 10 minutes from Mt Abram, Dream Maker Lodge is a classic Maine chalet. Enjoy your next trip to the Bethel area in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath home featuring an open floor plan. The main level offers a mud room for gear storage, inviting open living space, bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, both with updated comfortable modern finishes. Head to the lower level and you will find an additional living area to enjoy as well as a full over full bunk bed for added sleeping capacity. Outside is a level lawn with a firepit and the deck offers outdoor seating space to enjoy the mountains of Maine.

To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning units are located in the dining room & each of the three bedrooms. Unit(s) operational Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

Outdoor Grill
The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
