Grande et belle maison avec un exterieur salon de jardin barbecue, grande cuisines bien équipée, 2 salles de bains avec toilettes, juste un petit point en moins car on entends les autres de la maison quand on est dans les chambres on entend ceux qui sont dans la cuisines ou salon, mais ca fait partie de la vie a plusieurs aussi.

Endroit charmant et très champêtre ... (ce qui implique insectes et odeurs d'épandage des champs à cette saison)Maison spacieuse et relativement bien équipée mais aux finitions approximatives et en état d'entretien moyen. Mais nous y avons malgré cela passé un bon moment.Un gros bémol pour nous était la distance par rapport aux plages (celle de La Rochelle est moche et il faut aller à Faute sur Mer ou à La Tranche sur Mer, soit près d'1 heure de route dans chaque sens à cette saison)Nous avons essayé deux restaurants excellents à Marans, à des prix qui n'ont rien à voir avec les côtes (atlantique ou méditerranéenne) et avec une qualité remarquable. La Rochelle, ville animée et sympa est à une demi-heure de route.Gite à conseiller aux amateurs de calme, de grands espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs et de campagne (et qui n'ont pas de crainte des insectes campagnards !)A déconseiller aux maniaques de la déco, de la propreté et aux inconditionnels de la plage.L'hôte est très accueillante et diligente.

Nous avons pû prendre du temps pour jouer avec les petits enfants et faire les visites que nous voulons leurs offrir. Il fallait faire beaucoup de voiture , dommage la location est long de tous mais très au calme, cela nous convenez.

Gîte spacieux et confortable

Idéal pour une grande famille, ce gîte est correctement équipé. Situé en plein champ à 25 km de La Rochelle. Nous avons apprécié le charme de ses poutres, de sa cheminée et de ses pierres apparentes. La température était négative à notre arrivée et la maison a été longue à chauffer mais le propriétaire nous a laissé utiliser tout le bois nécessaire pour compléter la chaudière. Pour l'instant, la douche à l'étage n'est pas opérationnelle. Il faut le savoir si vous êtes nombreux. L'accueil des propriétaires était sympathique.

Séjour parfait entres amis

Je recommande vivement ce gîte. Il est situé dans un coin très calme est isolé, ce qui est idéal lorsqu’on habite en ville et qu’on souhaite un week-end au calme. L’accueil par la propriétaire Corinne était parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
