No communication whatsoever

The keypad for the front door wasn't unlocking the bolt all the way and the other guest that arrived at midnight could not get in. I called and called and messaged and messaged and never ever heard one word back. Still haven't.

Utah Stay

We stayed in this house for a few days while visiting family in the area. The house has many features that we liked including plenty of beds and a man cave type basement with reclining sofa and video game system. It could have been cleaner, as we found hair in the showers and beds and appears the drawers are never cleaned; actually looked like the place was very lightly spruced instead of cleaned IMO. Our main concern was security. The lock on the sliding glass doors in the back of the house was broken, so we couldn’t secure those doors. There were also several windows that were open and wouldn’t lock. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were left feeling uneasy as we always lock our doors at home and anywhere we stay. If the safety concerns would be addressed/fixed, this would be a nice home to enjoy with family and friends.

Rest assured, we are taking immediate steps to address this matter and ensure future guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness. -Regarding the issues you raised about the locks in the home, we can confirm that they were personally inspected by the owner and found to be in working order. The sliding door you mentioned is equipped with a bar lock accessible from the inside for added security. We regularly inspect all windows and doors to ensure they are secure, and any issues identified are promptly repaired. Thank you for providing feedback about your stay and we look forward to the possibility of hosting you again in the future.

We really were only there to sleep and get ready. Our daughter was got married so for the most part we were at the venue. It is a very nice property though.
