Breathtaking waterfront apartment! Perfect for couples seeking a serene get away.
Comfy king bed and super king that can be spilt into two king singles on request.
Intimate ambience. with stunning views and luxurious amenities.
Understated Modern design with a relaxed beach vibe within a stone's throw of the beach. .
Private beach access leads directly to the beach.
We are available to help at any time during your stay. Please call Michael directly
There are 3 separate apartments on this property. Each is very private, and has uninterrupted ocean views.
Ramp for wheelchair access on request.
As well as the king and super king beds there is a fold out sofa bed.
Enjoy the ocean panorama from Kapiti Island and islands of the Marlborough Sounds south to Mana Island and the rugged hills of Pukerua Bay. Minimal city lights make for great star gazing and the moon setting over the ocean is a real treat.
You’ll have direct access down the steps to our safe beach. It’s great for swimming in the warm season. It’s perfect for long walks any time of the year!
Dine out at one of our great local cafes or restaurants – just 1.5km to Raumati Beach village and under a kilometre to Raumati South village. Or stay in and use the fully featured kitchen. If a classic beachside barbecue is more your thing, just let us know – we’ll make the Webber available for you.

Terms & Cancellations
A deposit of 40% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%.
Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.

We loved the view of the ocean and Kapiti Island, and the access straight onto the beach- it really made our holiday. One bedroom is a studio, open to the living space, which we adapted to. Friendly hosts. The addition of a hairdryer and coffee plunger would have been useful for us.

A great property. Lovely view, and nice to hear the sea, when the doors were open. Worked well with our 90 year old mother who had a walker. She needed a bit of assistance over some loose gravel on the driveway, but managed everything else by herself. She took her own shower chair for the wet-room style shower.

Easter Escape

If peace, relaxation and revitalization is what your looking for, then this is the perfect place. Beautiful modern apartment with a balcony with endless tranquil views of the ocean. Just stunning. Loved every moment and your own beach access!!! Just wow. Just a short walk along the sandy beach is the waterfront bar and restaurant 😊 Highly recommend. We will be back again for sure ✨️👍💚

Sweet Spot

A very clean and easy place to land after a long drive. Beautiful views of the beach and loved hearing the sound of the waves at night. Great location, comfy beds and linens. Michael and his wife (sorry, I forgot your name!) were super friendly, gave us some great recommendations, and are just down to earth good people. Thank you for a great stay!
