Central 3 bedroom family retreat

Recently renovated with a modern kitchen and tasteful decor through out the house. Heating and cooling supplied by 2 seperate split systems as well as a wood heater in main lounge for those cosy winter nights. And if you happen to get some not so pleasant weather or just want a day relaxing inside there are card and board games for your entertainment,Large undercover pergola with bbq and outdoor table and chairs for 10 . Both front and rear yards with secure fencing keeping the kids and pets safe. The perfect family getaway with a large lawned front and rear yard perfect for a game of cricket or soccer, or totem tennis. The local beach and jetty is just a short stroll away. Take the fishing rods or the beach toys along with the beach cart and esky(supplied at the house) for a family picnic or some beach fun or maybe a spot of fishing at the local jetty or beach. When you arrive home there is a outside shower room off the pergola to wash any sand or dirt off,and don’t worry there’s Plenty or room for Dads toys (Boat,JetSki or golf cart )with ample room to turn around and park in the adjoining back yard. PETS ARE WELCOME OUTSIDE ONLY . UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PETS ALLOWED INSIDE HOUSE . Additional cleaning fee will be applied if pets have been inside house.

Great family friendly home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient to the supermarkets and cafes and it was a short walk to the beach. The house was well set up and the hosts were thoughtful in their inclusions of things like games and beach equipment. The yard is fully fenced which gave us peace of mind for our kids and worked well for backyard cricket! Lots of light, comfortable furniture, a great place to relax and spend time as a family.
