It is an incredible set up with lots of entertaining areas. This would be ideal for 4 couples to get away but it was also perfect for our little family too. My kids had a blast with the outdoor games and my son read his first novel from the selection of books. It was great to have the cooking basics such as oil, baking paper etc for the bbq and cooking in the kitchen.

The property was well appointed with all bedding, towels, kitchen equipment and stables you would need. We spent 6 nights and found the bedrooms spacious and comfortable. There is a TV (albeit on the smaller side) but there is a lot to see and do in the area and we didn't really use it. The property was a brief walk to the beach and around the corner to the shops, cafe, pubs and bakery. I would recommend this accommodation to any family or group looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kingston SE.

Fabulous house with great amenities. Awesome garden with lots of comfortable seating and bbq . Heather was so accommodating very friendly and helpful . The house was spacious ,very clean and well presented. We can’t wait to return again and I highly recommend this lovely holiday home which was only minutes from the beach , shops etc . It was also very peaceful and had beautiful linen on comfortable beds . Great shower , good airconditioner. There were 8 of us staying in the 4 bedroom home and there was room for Everyone . Nice lounge with huge leather couch. Big fridge nice kitchen with room for us all to sit at dining table .
