Palm Ridge is a very well presented near new 4 bedroom holiday accommodation sitting on the ridge-line overlooking beautiful Palm Beach and way beyond. The views are stunning.
This lovely, North facing, very well appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home enjoys all day sun, from the moment you get up until the sun sets, so it has magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
Palm Ridge is a perfect family holiday house, as it is fully fenced and the decks child proof. There are 4 bedrooms, with a King in the Master, which has an ensuite, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds all these bedrooms open up onto the extensive deck on the upper floor, and all have superb views over the bay. The fourth room has two comfy singles and its own private deck.
The kitchen is very modern with both gas hobs and electric oven. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you may require to whip up a gourmet meal.
There is a large flat front lawn, which has the outdoor BBQ/fire and hot tub. There is also kids play-house and a trampoline.
From the lawn, one can walk down the farm track and be on the beach within 10 minutes, or taking the car will have you there in 5.
The house has central heating, and a heat pump, which keeps it toasty warm, but in reality these are hardly ever required as the house remains warm even in winter, there is air conditioning downstairs for the warmer months. There is a flat screen TV and complimentary Wifi.
Ample parking for several cars and boat at the front door.
