Front of house has lawn area, basketball ring, flat driveway for cricket and leads to outdoor entertaining deck.
Deck features outdoor dining, undercover area with couches and chairs, large Bbq and Bar.
The back garden is flat and perfect to play Bocce or Corn Hole.
There is a Games room with Billiard Table or Table Tennis and wall mounted Smart Tv.
Enter House to open plan area.
Living area has large couch + chairs, wall mounted Smart Tv and Portable Speaker.
Kitchen has all modern appliances, Bench with 3 stools and Microwave in Pantry.
Coffee Machine
Indoor Dining seats 6 guests.
A privacy sliding door is passed through to kids lounge area and bedrooms 3 + 4.
Kids lounge area has couch and wall mounted Digital Tv (can use chromecast on this tv), also includes Nintendo switch docking station.
