This home fit our needs nicely. The game room was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. The hot water was HOT!! (Be careful). The bed in the Master was too hard for our liking, but was tolerable. Lots of towels are available. Nice decor. Thank you!

I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of this property. The beds were comfortable, and every room had a ceiling fan. The A/C worked very well. The game room made my grandson and my niece very happy, and they stayed out there the whole time while the adults enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup I made in the crock pot that was in the cabinet with the pots and pans. I absolutely loved the stove, especially the griddle that was in between the gas burners. It was great for making french toast in the mornings and for hit dogs for the kids for dinner. The bathrooms were well stocked with clean towels, and there was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. The master bath had a large shower, and the hall bath had a shower/tub combo which was great because my grandson doesn’t take showers yet. Everything about this home was great, and i highly recommended it for anyone visiting Lake Havasu. The neighborhood is quiet, and it only took a few minutes to get downtown.The host was easy to communicate with, and kept us advised about when the home had been cleaned and ready for occupancy.

My parents and brothers live in Havasu so finding a place that I could make dinner and share an evening that wasn't in a hotel, and a place that was fun for everyone was the goal. This house was perfect. Not too big for my wife and I to stay at alone and just right for a small gathering. The game room was a hit with the kids, they sere occupied all night. the back yard was the perfect place to be when the weather cooled down. Plenty of parking and close to everything. I will stay here next time I travel to Havasu if it's available.
