*Water access only* MUST ARRIVE BY BOAT. 5 min by boat from municipal launch or there is also the option of a water taxi from Parry Sound. Cottage is two buildings, the first is kitchen, dining area/ sunroom and a two piece bathroom. The second is two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom with laundry. For bedroom 1 / a king bed and bedroom 2 / with bunk beds. A peaceful lakefront oasis. This cottage is built for outdoor living. Sit on the shaded deck, relax by the bonfire, or lounge in the sun on the dock. What you’ll love the most are the views, enjoying your morning coffee in the screened in porch looking out at the bay. World class fishing - Bass, Lake Trout, Muskie, Pike, Walleye. Surrounded by crown land and kilometres of marked hiking trails. 3 Kayaks and Paddleboat included with rental. Beautiful large dock and beach area with sandy entrance into the crystal clear water.

We had a wonderful week on beautiful Loon Bay! It is a perfect quiet spot for kayaking and spotting wildlife and beautiful sunrises. The giant dock and the private spaces in the two buildings were amazing.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and cozy cottage. It had everything our family needed for a perfect weekend getaway. The kids especially loved playing on the sandy beach, while we enjoyed the peaceful, calm mornings watching the loons on the lake. The cottage was very clean, well-equipped, and communication with the host was excellent. A truly relaxing and memorable stay. We highly recommend!

Terrific location and cabin

The property is on a nice beach on the beautiful, island-studded western shore of Parry Sound. The cabin is very comfortable with a modern kitchen, porch with nice furniture, and a comfortable beds. Really great way to experience one of the prettiest places on Earth!

Beautiful Georgian Bay

The cottage has a beautiful view with a stunning scenery. Great waterfront area with lots of space for lounging and swimming. Easy access from the nearest boat ramp. Overall a great experience for the whole family.

Amazing Location

Loon Bay is beautiful! Clean water and great location to explore Parry Sound by boat or in our case Seadoo. The cottage was nice and we loved the huge windows looking out over the water. Great firepit area and AMAZING dock.

A fabulous vacation! Great location, great experience. Everything clean, comfortable, and every need provided for from water in the kitchen to linens and wood for the wood stove.(We stayed in September). Love love love

The place was so great! It was well-equipped, comfortable, and private. The outdoor space (fire pit, dock, beach) were to die for. The host was kind, communicative, and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

Great Spot !

Overall we had a great experience! The cottage had all the basics covered for our stay. The beach was great for the kids and the dock/ raft was great for swimming! If you are a boating enthusiast this cottage is perfect! The dock can accommodate a large boat (or 2) We brought our boat were able to explore each day! The host was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed to know. The neighbours were friendly and kept to themselves.

Peaceful piece of property on the water

First off you will need a boat to access this cottage. We used a water taxi service from a local marina. That in itself was a nice added bonus to experience. The place is clean and well maintained. The waterfront is exceptional with a large dock to enjoy. Swimming was daily and there is a sandy beach area for the kids to use. The screened in porch was great to look out over the water and a large bar height table was great for playing cards and eating your meals. This is a property that the whole family agreed that we have to book again next year.
