Centrally located just a short 5min walk to both the patrolled Ocean Grove surf beach and main street shops, cafes and restaurants, this high-calibre residence offers a supreme lifestyle experience. Please note, the pool is solar-heated and the temperature will fluctuate with local weather conditions.

A 2nd living room is privately located on the upper level, with a Smart TV*, split system AC and an elevated north-facing balcony. A Koala fold-out sofa provides an additional bed, ideal for a couple or the kids*. Next, ascend the exterior spiral staircase to the private rooftop terrace, where you will be greeted by panoramic ocean views across Bass Strait and the iconic Barwon Heads Bluff.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Sleeping is zoned upstairs, and includes a spacious master suite with King size bed, split system AC, ceiling fan, huge ensuite and a remarkable 8m long walk-in robe. Bedroom 2 features a King size bed, split system AC and direct access to the family bathroom (bath, double vanity, shower, separate toilet). The third bedroom has Twin King Single Beds, with a portable heater and fan.

Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to Ocean Grove main beach (400m), shops and dining on The Terrace main strip (400m) and access to river walking trails (600m).
Closest train station 30km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
