Perfect coastal holiday in a central Papamoa Beach location

This neat three-bedroom house with a fourth bedroom as a garage sleepout is set up for family summer fun. The house is located midway between the Coast and Fashion Island. It's a short drive to Mauao and the Papamoa Hills. This really is the best location in Papamoa with a quiet neighbourhood and beaches. Located on a court so kids can play safely from dawn until dusk. Strictly no noisy groups. A dog may be accommodated (please ask first).

Lovely place to stay close to the beach

I stayed with my partner and our friends over Christmas. Briony was quick to communicate and very helpful. The house is clean, well laid out and spacious. We loved the new BBQ and the space outside. There was plenty of space to store and cook up our big meals! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
