Spend your vacation in our beautiful Westside home, and call it your home for the time being. Enjoy the views of the city and surrounding mountains, ski or snowboard in the winter, enjoy the close mountain bike trails, golf or tennis, take a walk, float the river, walk downtown, enjoy Bend like a Bendite! Located on Bend's Westside, close to shopping, 5 minutes from Downtown or the Old Mill District and 20 minutes up the hill to Mt. Bachelor, camping grounds and lakes. Located in close proximity to great golf courses within half a mile!

This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautifully landscaped yard is the perfect vacation rental for your next visit to Bend. Ground floor has a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Large fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is on second story with the views and another bathroom and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a king. This is an incredibly fully equipped home with all the amenities, TV’s in every room, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an open living room with a gas fireplace on both floors. The home has several steps 10 outside and 14 to the mail part of the house.

The view from the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee was wonderful, before a full day of activities in Bend. Everything was within a walk or short drive. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host Kathy was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Bend.

Beautiful house and location. Great amenities such as sports court. Kitchen is well stocked for serious cooks! Only downside is too many personal belongings, leaving limited closet spaces and no cabinets for groceries. Also, upgraded pillows and bed linens are needed.

I asked the housekeeper about the personal clothing left in the closets and she has been ironing the pillow cases and hanging them up. If our guest leave clothing in the closet we usually mail it back. No personal clothing in the closets just pillow cases.

Baseball weekend

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house for the Memorial Day baseball tournament. This rental is perfect for families. Listing is accurate, property and house and very clean and host communication is great. The house is stocked with everything you may need and very comfortable for hanging out after spending all day at the baseball park. We love it here and hope to stay again next year.

Wonderful home in Bend with a great view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The kids enjoyed the pickleball court and putting green. The house had everything we needed during our stay and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking, eating or drinking. The beds were comfortable and the living room was large enough for my family to relax in comfort. I highly recommend this home to anyone!

Great place to stay in Bend for up to 6 people. The upstairs living space is large and comfortable with expansive view looking south across town. The kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated the coffee and other amenities left for out use.
