We had a family wedding in Ballarat and this house was perfect . Warm , clean and tidy with comfortable beds and 2 new bathrooms.

Cycling Event with Puppy in Tow

Good sized home with small yard and room for a family or group. Close to supermarket, playing fields, not far from town and lake, cafes and shops. Short drive to tourist attractions and in a quiet setting for a restful night’s sleep. Good off leash dog park also a short drive away. Met all of our needs for a week-long stay.

2 nights in Sebastopol Ballarat

We spent an enjoyable few nights in this 6 Br clean and comfortable house. The beds were comfortable and there was a childrens room with some great toys for young kids. It had a good pet friendly and child suitable backyard and some outdoor seating to relax in. The kitchen was practical but housed limited utensils, bowls and wine glasses

Great place to stay in Ballarat

Overall, a really enjoyable experience and great to find a 6 bedroom house with lots of double beds and car parking. Communication with owners was good and facilities were great other than no BBQ and no gas for outdoor heater - which was a shame, especially as a BBQ was listed in the facilities. We would definitely come back and stay again so overall, it has lots to offer.

Good for big families

Nice, clean accommodation for 10 adults comfortably. 3 bedrooms upstairs (queen size) and sofa bed. 3 bedrooms downstairs (1 queen, 1 double & 1 single bed). Close to shops and attractions Ballarat have to offer. Any issues were fixed quickly. We came to Ballarat for my son's Engagement party (that turned out to be a surprise Wedding).
