Very well appointed with plenty of tea and coffee options! (And toiletries and whilst we didnt avail ourselves of these, there were jams and nut butter options in the pantry! And milk was an unexpected bonus. I loved the bowl of fruit, so thanks for the bananas!! Very comfy place and perfect for us with our dog. The fenced off back yard was fabulous, as were the local walks nearby. Great position. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Location to the lake and shops was perfect. Totally pet friendly. I would definately recommend.

The house is charming and the location so close to the lake is wonderful. Plenty of things to see and do plus easy access for strolls or something more energetic. Sandra had made sure that we had everything we needed on arrival.

Great little house perfect for us as it’s dog friendly great location next to the lake, which we wish we could have enjoyed it for longer. The house is cute and had everything we needed in the kitchen also!

Had a wonderful stay. House was so clean, cosy, warm and beds were comfy too. Our doggy felt at home and loved the enclosed backyard. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Lake Wendouree from the front lounge and bedroom windows

Beautiful property, we had a great time enjoying the fireplace and some family time together around the table. The backyard is fully fenced so was perfect for us to bring the family dog. Also it's so close to the lake which was great for morning walks to say hello to the local swans

Sovereign Hill Visit

We were very happy with the property.Check in was initially hampered by the app, and probably the fact that entry needed a bit of explaining.Communication with the host was clear and very helpful.The host explained the entry very well when asked why check in details had not appeared in app.Our late evening arrival was welcomed with lights and heaters. And followed up with a considerate message from the host checking that all was good.Many thanks for a great little stay.There's not a lot for our family to do in Ballarat, but I will try to stay here again.
