We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Ballarat property. The house was immaculately clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Every detail had been thought of, making it feel more like staying in our own home than a holiday rental. The location was excellent, peaceful and quiet while still being conveniently close to everything Ballarat has to offer. The hydronic heating was a standout feature, especially on the cooler evenings. Our host was incredibly responsive and generous with everything we needed readily available. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ballarat.

From the moment we opened the gate leading into the property we were very impressed. The cottage garden was beautifully tended to and delighted us. We then entered the cottage to find it welcoming and clean. There were many thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The location is also a highlight. Walking distance to the town centre, station and lake.
