No AC is currently available. However, the unit is conveniently located on the lower ground and is close to the river. Hence, the heat does not permeate the premises and it does not get too hot during the summertime. However, there is a fan available in the bedroom.

Your modern flat has its very own private entry and a one-car parking area available in the driveway. It is a shared driveway with us. However, street parking is also available for those who need them.

The flat has its own separate entry but is connected to the house as we live upstairs. The unit is located downstairs next to the garage. However, guests have private and full access to their own accommodation with very minimal disruption from the upstairs area.
