About this property

Ths beautiful villa is located only 3 minutes from the airport. The home is located in one of the most prestigious and centralized areas of Santa Marta. It is also located only 3 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches the city has to offer. Shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets just minutes away. You can enjoy the thrill of ziplining at the Mamancana Natural Preserve located just a few minutes away.

The main home has 4 very spacy bedrooms and another extra bedroom adjacent to the game room. The beautiful game room has a luxurious 100% imported wood pool table, 65' led TV, bose surround system, comfortable couches and much more. There are three and a half bathrooms. The home is securely located inside a beautiful stone wall surrounding the home in approximately 1 acre of land. There are beautiful gardens and fruit trees throughout as well as spectacular views of the mountains and Sierra Nevada of Sta Marta. You will enjoy a 100% ocean view from the pool of the house. The pool and jacuzzi are new and equipped with the latest technology and amazing underwater led lights. There is A/C in every single bedroom including the dining area. The home has just been updated with brand new led tv's in every single room with cable tv with approximately 100 channels.

There will be at least three employees helping at all times. The gentleman in charge knows the area very well. There will also be two ladies. One of the ladies is an excellent cook and the other one is excellent cleaning and helping out. The staff is great, friendly and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area! This is perfect stay for couples with kids, or simply if you are in a mood just to relax with family and friends. You will feel the breeze coming down from the mountains and breathe fresh air at all times! One of the best stays in the area by far due to its location, amenities, and friendly staff!

This is amazing space and a wonderful place for an extended family or group!

We had a fabulous time here and the staff made all the difference! The house was always clean and they responded immediately to anything we asked. It was a joy to return home from a big day and have a fabulous meal prepared. They were kind and sweet and we adored them. The space is great with separate buildings for privacy. We used the jacuzzi and pool frequently. We enjoyed practicing our limited spanish. We were only there 4 days but it was the best place we stayed and a terrific place to spend thanksgiving. 20-25 minutes to santa marta, easy trip. On main road but tucked back away and high up making it a great location. Grounds are nice.
