From our beachside apartment it is just a short three -minute stroll to the water's edge. Peregian is popular with beach goers and surfers alike, but spacious enough that it never feels crowded. The local village at Peregian has all kinds of amenities needed for a holiday and is less than a 30-minute drive to Noosa Heads.

Lovely unit with all you need, just a short stroll from beautiful Peregian Beach. Will be back & would highly recommend.

Beach reset

Great little apartment…right opposite the spectacular beach! Lovely decor and excellent amenities. Perfect place for a breakaway. Would love to have stayed longer.

The host was amazing however we booked the apartment as the advert on Stayz stated in 2 seperate places that it had a pool, when we arrived-we found out it didn’t and that there had been an error on Stayz part. The host stated she never advised Stayz it had a pool. We then couldn’t cancel the trip as we had drove nearly 3 hours and couldn’t move to other suitable accommodation as most was booked out or was very expensive. This severely impacted our holiday as we have 3 children who were looking forward to a pool in the QLD heat. I would like this situation to be passed onto a manager for discussion, as I am very unhappy that Stayz are false advertising apartments and using misleading information on their website.

Beach Escape

Lovely large apartment. Great location just across the road to the most beautiful stretch of beach and only 20 minute stroll to town. So many complimentary extras such as shower gel, washing up liquid, olive oil and plenty of toilet paper (unusual for a holiday apartment i our previous experience). The only thing we would change/add to this amazing apartment is air conditioning. There were fans in each room but it did get rather hot at night time.

Beachfront Beauty is right on the beachfront at Peregian Beach. A short walk through a shaded leafy protected section of the beach brings you out onto one of the most scenic and impressive beaches on the Sunshine Coast. Peregian Village is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along the beach. Peregian village has an array of beautiful shops, restaurants, bars, and ammenities including an IGA Supermarket. Everything you need for a beach holiday.

What makes this property unique

Our Unit is right on the Beachside of Peregian Beach. In 2024 we fully renovated the Unit to a high standard. All our guests speak very highly of the Unit its location and its proximity to the beach.
