Wild Bay Landing #8 is a luxury bayside townhouse. This four bedroom, two and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony and deck overlooking the beautiful Assawoman Bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! The sliding deck doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Up the stairs is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom has a Pyramid bunk with a trundle. ( that is 1 double and 2 twins, the trundle suitable for child.) Also, a Game room with Pool table.
This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen that will suffice for all of your cooking needs. This property does not rent to groups or allow pets and is non-smoking. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

OCMD stay 3/24-3/27

A good place to visit really cool layout for the property. Beds were not very comfortable which was my only complaint but everything else was good really nice people in the rental office great view off the decks. I would stay here again/recommend this property.
