Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in for the weekend and the proximity to all of the things we wanted to do was great. The condo is very clean, new and well appointed. Nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Confortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, much more quiet than a hotel would have been. Neighbor is a bit off putting but it appears to be improving. Would definitely stay here again! Great for visiting your kids at CMU!

This wonderful two bedroom was just perfect for our stay in Grand Junction while we were in town for country jam. It’s in a great location, had plenty of parking and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the details of this place! The beds and sheets were so nice, soft thick towels and delicious coffee! It wasn’t missing anything and we would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Really a beautiful and well decorated space! We loved it.

Just Perfect

Contemporary new quality construction that has the perfect layout with excellent useful furnishings. Designed and implemented very well. Easy secure thoughtful access. Stocked well and thoughtfully for visitors stay. Nice location on the bike path and close To downtown GJ. Top rental in my experience.

Everything you need done well.

Clean contemporary new home with comfortable modern furnishings. Quality coordinated finishes inside and out. Everything was well thought out to provide guests with the best experience. From multiple bedside USB charging, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen, this home has it all. Nice river view and only a mile to downtown. Highly recommend.

Can I take this home back to north Carolina?

Place was absolutely spotless. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the Colorado river. Parks nearby and more! Worth ever penny, especially with the national monument so close. Danny, the owner of the home was extremely diligent when making sure I was enjoying my stay and even went the extra mile to tell me what kind of blankets he bought. (seriously... I'm buying 3 for myself...) You would be out of your mind not to rent this place. God know I will if I ever come back to Colorado.
