The Villa is a 10 minute drive from the Protaras strip, Pernara is 5 minute drive, as is Kapparas. Buses run every 20 minutes throughout the day/ night.

The Villa is on a huge 275M2 South facing plot and is fitted with modern contemporary furniture, and has WiFi. It can accommodate up to four people comfortably and is ideal for families. If your idea of a perfect holiday involves escaping the crowds, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset, relaxing by the private pool (7.5 x 3.5M) and having romantic dinners, then this Villa is for you. Ayia Triada In south Cyprus is on the outskirts of Protaras. The Villa is one of a private development of only six Villas. The Villa is on a huge plot and is on a small road that leads to the beach and fishing port. The private pool is 7.5 x 3.5M. The rear of the property is South facing and has the Sun all day.Restaurants and bar's are about 10 minutes walk away in Kapparas. Pernara is 5 minutes by car, Protaras tourist centre is 10 minutes. All along this coast are beautiful beaches and coves which are ideal for diving and snorkelling. The property is near to the local bus route which travels through all the resorts in the area and on to the Water Park at Ayia Napa. In the other direction the bus goes into the nearest town of Paralimni. This is a traditional Cypriot town with supermarkets, shops, banks etc., as well as tavernas and coffee shops. A car is not essential at this property and taxis are very reasonable. However competitive car hire is readily available.

Notes:
The property is located on a huge plot of 275 M2 the plot space is South facing therefore has the SUN all day. There is a gas BBQ, 4 sunbeds and a patio table with comfortable chairs and parasols. Located on the main bedroom balcony are a table and chairs for breakfast overlooking the Med. Satellite TV with DVD player in the Lounge with a CD system fitted. Six chairs are provided to the Dining area for any friends that drop by. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven and hob. There is also a separate wine cooler and upright fridge freezer. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly, two to three times each week.

Was very impressed with the quick responses from the time of enquiring about the property, when we booked the villa and during our visit and how accessible David was. Very helpful and good instructions and map provided prior to trip. Villa was ideal for our family (2 adults and 1 teenager). Clean on arrival and everything as listed from website. Pool and area again clean on arrival, pool was also cleaned during our stay by a very pleasant chap. Outside area large space and has plenty of shade and seating. Aircon and fans a blessing in the heat and not complicated to use. All white and brown goods available just like home from home. Fridge and freezer nice and big for plenty of food. Bedrooms good sizes. 2 min walk from lovely beach. We hired a car which we really benefited from but plenty of shops just up the road (great bakery).

A really good first 'Villa Experience'

The property was excellent with great facilities and really good local restaurants + shops - it has spoilt us completely as we are now focussed entirely on villa holidays. Have knocked off a star because of the local building works but in truth we always went to the beach so missed all of that.

The owner David was very receptive to email communication and when we did have a problem with air conditioning it was sorted out quickly and effectively.

Highly recommended!

Fabulous Villa

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the villa with my two grandchildren. I was however somewhat concerned prior to our arrival with regard to the previous review. However in my experience the villa was spotless and the children lived in the pool. We also loved the unspoilt safe beach three minutes walk away. Whilst they are building villas next to the villa this did not affect us whatsoever. In fact the children were extremely interested as to how they build villas in cyprus. We are only upset that we did not book for longer. I would certainly recommend the villa to my friends and family as the location is great. We shall hopefully be returning next year.

Building site in full operation a few feet away! Noise, dust and no privacy.

There is nothing actually wrong with this villa, it is very nice. But the owner David did not tell us that there was a big building site right next door. We have been woken up at 7 am every morning including Saturday, it's noisy, overlooked and everything is covered in dust everyday. We couldn't sit outside, couldn't use the pool. When I contacted David he admitted it was unacceptable and offered us a room in an apartment hotel. We rufused as we had paid for a villa, not a room. There was an alternative Villa but he refused to pay for it. I have emailed him since and he has not contacted us at all. I will be looking into this and looking for a refund. We should have been informed and given a choice as to wether we still wanted to come here. You can't just go around ruining people's holidays. It's been awful. I pity anyone else already booked. Completely unexceptable behaviour by the owner. Maybe he forgot about reviews!

Owner's Response: Oh, what a terrible review! The villa has been let for 8 years. The only negative comment received in that time was 'the cutlery forks only had 3 prongs'. What now is different? My experience of the guest that left the review is as below: 1) I received an email on 10/05/17 advising me that: 'did I realise that the route map I sent would only print in black & white? The pdf sent was in colour! 2) I received a phone call, late on 18th May saying they could not access the villa. During the call, they advised that, oops! were in! Clear comprehensive instructions were sent prior to their arrival. 3) The following morning, my local manager attended the property as there were other issues. The 'other' issues were: a) Air con unit leaking water in the lounge. b) There is a cable protuding from the rear of the TV. c) Hob lights not working. d) Smoke alarm sounding. e) The guest suffers from 'panic attacks'. 'Today has not been a good day'. Advised to me on 19/05/17 by the guest. I will address the above items towards the end of my reply. 4) Once the 'other' issues were apparent, I immediately advised that if they were that unhappy, I would book alternative accommodation if they so desired. I do not have alternative villas to offer as described by the guest. 5) I have recently returned from the villa. I have photo evidence that there are not excessive dust issues around the villa, Photos were taken of the the pool pior to cleaning,after cleaning and at mid point periods. 6) There are some construction works adjacent to the villa. I understood that the main works would be substantially complete by May 2017. They are substantially complete, however there are still works ongoing. The works are generally of low noise, and as I write, situated further away from the villa. 7) Addressing item 3) above: issues. The 'other' issues were: a) Air con unit leaking water in the lounge. Advised by air con engineer, caused by to low temperature (16Deg) being set on the remote, and air temp being to cold outside. b) There is a cable protuding from the rear of the TV.Cable is provided for guests wishing to connect laptops etc c) Hob lights not working. Hob is working, lights were blown. d) Smoke alarm sounding. It can happen! e) The guest suffers from 'panic attacks'. 'Today has not been a good day'. Advised to me on 19/05/17 by the guest. As a villa owner, my paramount requirement is that people enjoy their stay at the villa. The guest comments are unfounded.

Fantastic! A must go!

I was initially dubious about booking for the first time through this website - don't be! David responds quickly and answers any questions you have, he accommodates your needs and returns the deposit quickly after your stay. The villa is lovely, clean, modern and Kevin is so friendly and gave some great recommendations for our holiday. It's a quiet place to stay but with everything you need close by - our perfect type of holiday. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, which is clean and quiet. For water sports we went to Protaras beach which is a 5-10 minute drive away, it is a lot busier but XS Sports are fantastic, we went on jet skis amongst loads of other things and they always offer a good deal. The restaurants locally are much nicer than in Protaras, with Faliros being our favourite - book on Friday and Saturday nights though - the live music and dancing, plus the lovely food, make it a popular place to go! Blue Spice is great for having lunch out as the kids can cool down in the pool whilst you sit by them and enjoy lunch - the cocktails are nice too! We found our favourite place by far was at the villa though - the seating arrangements outside make it perfect for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. Like most pool areas it can be a bit slippery so take flip flops. I really can't fault this lovely villa and area - highly recommended!
