Nearby, Orewa village has great cafes, restaurants. Orewa Beach is perfect for long walks.The boat ramp at Hatfields Beach is just one-minute away.
Please note this apartment is located on the lower level of the home and has its own private entrance. The property owners live upstairs, ensuring your privacy is respected.Please note the boundary of the property is a cliff, caution should be taken around this area as it is not fenced.
