Laundry with a washing machine and separate toilet. Clothesline out the back

Semi en-suite with shower and toilet
Kitchen and dining areas. Fully functioning kitchen with appliances and utensils, microwave, oven and stovetop cooking, even a coffee pod machine and milk frother (please BYO pods). Dining table has 6 chairs with another 2 stools at the breakfast bar.
