This is a great vacation rental. The house was neat and clean. More than enough space for five adults to share without feeling crowded or being in each other's way. The host was great at answering all the questions we had during our stay.

The home is very spacious and clean. The area is very quiet. As advertised the home is not right on the water, but it is on top of a hill backed by a forested area so very private. Across the street there is a nice walkway that runs by the ocean, great for an after dinner walk. Highly recommend

My sisters and I spent a wonderful few days at your home.The beds were super comfortable, house was spotless. The host was quick to respond to our questions as we had a bit of a problem finding the house. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. The house was so clean and welcoming (enjoyed the welcome basket!). We felt like we were at home. We were in town for a wedding and the home was perfect for welcoming family. The house is very large and accommodated the five of us and our 2 little dogs beautifully. As we had travelled and were attending a special function, the only thing that we were missing was an iron and ironing board but we made do. Loved it and would definitely book again for the next visit!

Great stay by the bay

We stayed for just over a week and were looking for a place to rest after visiting family and exploring central Newfoundland. A beautiful view, clean, lots of space and had all the essentials we needed. We walked a few shorts steps from the house to pick endless blueberries, which was a nice plus. The hosts were prompt with any messages. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stay was excellent! The place was clean and spacious. The only problem was that the house was on a laneway or short road up a steep hill and the property was at the end. The weather conditions changed and the laneway was completely covered with ice, a standard vehicle could not get up the hill for 2 days. It was almost impossible to walk up without walking in the side snow bank. I'm not sure if this is a private laneway or if it's the town's responsibility to clear this. I just wanted to mention this because it definitely was extremely hazardous.
