Modern 3 Bedroom Family Friendly Kihei Home Near Beach

We’re disappointed to read this review, particularly as we take great pride in our property and the experience we provide our guests. As owners who live on Maui, we are very attentive to our home and make a point of personally checking in with every guest after their first night to ensure everything is going well and to address any concerns. We did exactly that during this stay. The guest mentioned that the bathroom sink was draining slowly, and we discussed having a plumber address it after their departure to avoid disrupting their vacation. Had they preferred it to be addressed during their stay, we would have happily arranged that. Unfortunately, none of the other concerns mentioned in this review were ever brought to our attention. The bedroom door has never been an issue, and the bed frame simply needs to be repositioned slightly if it is obstructing the door. Our sectional is professionally cleaned twice a year, in addition to regular cleaning between guests. We also acknowledged and apologized for the gardening tool inadvertently left behind by our landscaper. What is most disappointing is that we were never given the opportunity to address these concerns and improve the guest’s experience while they were here. We are always available and willing to resolve issues promptly, but we can only do so when they are communicated to us.
