Avoid the Garden City crowds; this home is close enough to enjoy the lake and scenery without nearby neighbors! The BEST vacation rental for a large family or multi-family group! Located in the Reserve which means private beach access, swimming, and tennis/pickleball courts! Plenty of open space and lake view directly from the living room!

The Reserve
Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! At the clubhouse is a kid-friendly pool, communal hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Overnight boat and trailer parking available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.

Main Level
Guests can make meals, watch movies, play games, and relax together in the main level gathering area. Spacious living room with large windows to enjoy the lake view, right from the leather sectional! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need to prepare and serve meals for your group, including a pantry. There is an 65-inch television to enjoy above the cozy fireplace. The deck offers more seating and scenery with it's lake view, picnic table and BBQ grill. The fully-functioning laundry room/mud room is also on this level.

The master suite offers privacy, plenty of light, stunning views, and ample space for a comfortable stay. There is a luxury walk-in shower included in the en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs
Two separate lofts; one that overlooks the entire main gathering area. This is a spot designed to be a reading/relaxing nook with comfortable seating. Children's books are included. The other loft area is a the designated game spot with a card table and plenty of board/card games to choose from (or you can bring your own)!

Down the hall, there are two bedrooms, both of which have queen beds. A 3/4 bathroom is also upstairs. The massive bunk room at the end of the hallway has enough beds to sleep 17 guests! There are two triple bunk beds (full bed over two twin beds), a full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle, and two queen beds. Complete with an en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and XBox 360 with games included. The kids won't be able to get enough of this hang-out spot!

Downstairs
Plenty of seating, entertainment and comfort. This is the perfect spot to watch movies (86" television) and engage in a friendly ping pong or Foosball competition. Under the stairs is a darling children's play spot, with toys to keep them occupied for hours! One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed (soon to be replaced with a king bed) and a twin bunk bed. A 3/4 bathroom separates the two bedrooms.

The Property
Guests have full access to the two-car garage (the third garage is for the owners only). There are two fridge/freezers in the garage, so guests can bring plenty of snacks and ingredients.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.

Nice Place

Smaller than expected bedrooms, no closet space, not enough hot water, well equipped, great refrigeration space, not enough bathrooms if using all bedrooms/beds. Good response from property manager.

Great home. Cleaning crew could do better

We had a wonderful stay. The home is new and nice. The location is great. The towels and sheets are soft and comfortable. The home has plenty of parking. There is a foosball and ping pong table. We have stayed in other homes that had more amenities such as easy ups, beach chairs etc. This would make this property more appealing to us in future stays. When we arrived it was apparent that the cleaning company could do better. There was obvious debris under the couches, in the pantry, and food crumbs in some of the bedrooms.

Great place, a few recommendations

Really lovely property in the Reserve. The kids loved the bunk room and the parents loved being on a different floor than them! One recommendation would be to add a second water heater or a tankless water heater. We had 15 people staying at the property, we all got back from the lake and needed to shower for a show that night, but only 4 people got hot water till it ran out. Definitely need to increase the hot water capacity when you have a house that can house 20+ people. Other than that, we loved the place. Would go again.

Awesome Time, Awesome Home

The house was amazing and very spacious! Ashlyn, is who I was communicating with, and she responded within a day or less about the questions I had. She was great! The home is new and it met all our needs and more. Our family meets up at Bear Lake every Memorial Day weekend and we love to stay on the Idaho side of Bear lake. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra 2 fridges/freezers in the garage, plenty of towels and beach towels. Foozball & ping pong table down stairs. The room with "a hundred bunk beds" (how the kids worded it) was the family favorite. We had 9 adults and 10 children staying in the home and there was plenty of room for all. My only downside to the place was the hot water ran out really fast for a big group like ours. We just rotated on the showers so my family didn't make a big fuss about it. I would recommend installing a tankless water heater. Other than that, the place was wonderful, I would definitely

The perfect vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing! We were able to comfortably sleep 21 people, with several empty beds left. There is something for everyone in this house - toys, Barbie house & dolls, a reading nook with several book options, a game table, video games, several tv's, ping pong, foosball, etc. I feel like the owners of this house have thought of everything - the kitchen was fully stocked, the grill is clean and worked well - it honestly had everything we needed (including a pack n' play & a high chair). The club house has 2 pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, a pickleball court and a basketball court. We also went to the private beach and had the beach to ourselves. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!
