While we long for more summer days, winter is coming, so come spend a holiday or winter weekend here! Holiday decor and pictures coming soon!Immaculately clean and highly maintained! Step inside and feel at home in this luxurious 2024 lake house in The Reserve gated community at Bear Lake! Enjoy magnificent comfort and expansive views of the lake's beautiful blue waters and surrounding mountains! This custom home is well suited for multiple families and friends of up to 30 people max. You’ll be able to cook up some delicious meals for the whole clan in the gourmet kitchen (plus an outdoor BBQ grill) and seating for 30. Indoor/outdoor living spaces include a vaulted living room ceiling and a large covered patio with quality outdoor seating. Keep the kids active outside on the large artificial turf backyard with a putting green, disc golf, kid’s slide, and other yard games. The artificial turf will be appreciated (no grass stains, no mud, saves lots of water, and stays green all year!) The garage is also full of games to play, like Double-Shot, Ring Toss, Foosball, Ping Pong, 4-In-A-Row, Giant Jenga, and others.

Indoors, you will love the oversized movie & game room for family fun. Sprawl out on the ginormous sofa sectional and three LuvSacs to enjoy arcade-styling gaming on the TV, or viewing any of the 600+ movies available on the 85" high-definition TV. No better place to “Blueflix” and chill. Board games, card games, and four retro-style arcade game systems also await you.

Bedrooms sleep 24 people, and the two sofa sleepers and two air mattresses can take it up to 30 total. One sofa sleeper is upstairs and one is downstairs.

Primary Bedroom (#1): Massive room with a King bed, swivel lounger, and en-suite bathroom with two sinks and walk-in closet. The oversized walk-in shower has multiple shower heads and beautiful tile.

Main Level East Bedroom (#2): King bed, shared main bathroom with shower.

Main Level West Bedroom (#3): King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Upper Level East Bedroom(#4): King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower.

Upper Level West Bedroom (#5): Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.

East Bunkroom (#6): Queen bed and 4 twin bunk beds (no adults on upper bunks, kids only). Hand-painted school desks and a train table with bright colors for a fun family space.

West Bunkroom (#7): Queen bed and custom-built bunks with 6 twin beds. Cozy details and comfort for families with teens/tweens, or for the young at heart.

You will also enjoy the highly-functional dorm bathroom on the upper level next to Bedrooms 6/7 with three common-area sinks and two private shower/tub/toilet rooms.

The upper level loft provides a perfect view out the large two-story picture windows. It is an open view to the living room below.

The Tesla Wall Connector (48A) is for Tesla vehicles only. You may charge one Tesla vehicle per stay (up to 3 nights) free of charge. Additional nights and/or vehicles are $10 each per night of stay. Overnight charging preferred. Provide VIN to host during your stay to unlock the charger.

Your stay includes access to the gated clubhouse with seasonal outdoor pools (open starting Memorial Day weekend each year), splash pad, slide, large pergola, chairs/loungers, hot tub (year-round), gas fire pit, and beautiful lake views! Pool area open 10am to 10pm. Indoor fitness center and showers available (open 5:30am to 10pm), along with outdoor pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. Staying guests will be able to use The Reserve’s private beach access in Fish Haven. Your group may only consist of up to 30 guests max at the HOA facilities.
