Great place

We came for a quick weekend trip to celebrate my daughters birthday. Everything was great, easy to find, and all in order. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a Positive Experience

Pros: Right next to community pool Short walk to lake access View of lake from balcony Ample space for family of four Clean resort area and condo Outside of busyness of Hot Springs, but easy access to all the “touristy” attractions Cons: Upstairs A/C was not working during our stay. We called and left messages with the guest contact a couple of times the first couple of days but never received any contact back from them. (Upstairs area includes the kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and living room area.) Most of the time the temperature gauge upstairs read over 90 degrees. We were able to work around the issue by; not cooking as much as planned, one kid sleeping on downstairs couch, other kid sleeping on an air mattress we bought.

Awesome view, great location but problems in some areas

We got there after 3 wasn’t able to check in because they weren’t done cleaning because the prior attendant had rearranged the furniture, and they had to move it all back. The other problem was the sheets on one bed had stains on them, hopefully they were clean. There really wasn’t enough lighting in the rooms. Most of the lights didn’t work in the ceiling fans. To check out was told to take trash out but no location of dumpster. On a good note very peaceful place with a view of the lake. Close to Walmart for groceries or anything else you need. Nice place to stay just need some improvements in some areas.

Spring break

Place was cozy and comfortable. Kids had fun with air hockey table. View was beautiful specially early in the morning u see the sun rising from balcony. Will stay again host was on point n helped when needed. Recommend 100%.

Location of property was centrally located to places we wanted to go. The air hockey table was a hit with my kids and kept them entertained.

Not for families bigger than 4 or with little ones.

Overall the house was a place to lay our heads to sleep. We arrived on Christmas Day and we're tired from traveling. When we arrived 3 of the 4 beds were not made, with the comforters laying on the floor. Not a big deal, we can make beds, but there were not enough sheets to fix all of the beds. I reached out to the contact given and she responded quickly but wasn't aware of the unmade beds. She brought fresh sheets about 1.5 hours later stating her employee didn't have enough sheets to finish the beds. There was no place for our family of 5 to sit comfortably together to relax. The master bedroom is on the lower level, where you walk in, along with a small couch that would fit 3 people snug. Up a full flight of stairs contained the kitchen as well as 2 more bedrooms and a living room with another small couch to sit 3 people total. The placement of the couch upstairs is not where it shows in the online pictures. The current placement is right underneath the tiled kitchen passthrough window which all 5 of us hit our heads while attempting to sit on the couch at one time or another. The Internet was hit and miss and definitely miss on the lower level. Couldn't watch TV downstairs as it kept buffering. There was also no coffee as mentioned in the advertisement and 2 missing remotes for fans/lights. The place was clean.

New Years Stay

We enjoyed the property and layout was good for our group. Disappointed that the property was not prepared for our arrival. There was dirty linen, dishes, and towels left all around the condo. Pushed back our check in time a couple hours.

Not satisfied

Greatly disappointed that the pool that was only about 50 feet from our door was not ready and open for use yet being the weekend after a holiday. Gas grill for use on the porch was dirty and did not work properly. AC leaked onto the floor leaking through lower level ceiling getting everything we had on it soaked. Also a few light bulbs out that I informed about that never were changed while there.

House layout

Overall the property was clean. It has great view of the lake from the balcony. But the rooms are smaller compared to what’s seen in the pictures. Kitchen & 2 bedrooms are upstairs so carrying the luggage upstairs was a discomfort. There’s a step when going into the kitchen & while going to the bathroom downstairs. My friend hurt her ankle because we are not used to having steps in the house & there are also no signs to warn about the steps. The pool was also not yet open so could not take advantage of it. Overall I would give a 3.5 rating.
