Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to start and end your day. Outdoor Dining Furniture makes it an awesome place to dine Al-Fresco while watching the Dolphins play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will delight the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-designed so as not to miss a moment of family fun, you will love preparing Family Meals. No doubt you'll be dining at Al Fresco as much as you can taking in the salty sweet sea air but the breakfast bar is also a great space to grab a quick bite before heading out for your next adventure! The Primary Bedroom is located just off the Living Area with a Plush King Bed, amazing Views, Flat Screen TV, and Private Primary Bath. You'll love the serene, spa-like feel and Beachy White Furniture. With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day taking in the Sunrise before anyone else wakes. The Spa-like Primary Bath features tones of Sandy Dunes and a custom tile Walk-in Shower.

Just down the hall is newly decorated and super comfortable Bedroom 2 and the Den. The Den, with another Cozy Queen Bed, is bright and cheerful with a fabulous Flamingo theme and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 2 has 1 Twin bed and 1 Full Bed and a cool Coastal Decor. A 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area and the Bedrooms.

You will also love the location of The Sea Watch Condos with easy access to everything! The Gold Coast Mall is just across the highway, and grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a fresh cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts is super convenient with all just a short stroll away.

The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $75 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.
Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
