Estuary Escape - Waterfront property with estuary access

A rare find, this waterfront property boasts a modern, family friendly, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with direct access to the estuary. Set on a sunny, flat site on the edge of the estuary, you can swim, kayak or paddle board right from your doorstep(tide permitting). Within walking distance of all that Mangawhai Village has to offer, Tavern, markets, Bennetts cafe and chocolate shop, Dune, Eight, The Corner Bistro and much more. It is also a great area to bike around with plenty of flat streets and paths to explore.
The house itself is split into two parts with an enclosed breezeway between. On one side is a lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen space which leads out onto a large deck overlooking the estuary. In addition, it incorporates the master with ensuite and laundry. On the other side are the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and second living. The breezeway is a great spot for dining and relaxing, on warm summer days it provides some welcome relief from the sun, on cooler days slide down the blinds and put on the outdoor heaters to keep things cosy.
For entertainment there is a large Smart TV, board games and an enclosed trampoline.
There is plenty of parking space for cars and a boat.
Notes:
1. Please note this property is in a small gated enclave, so guests need to be respectful of neighbours with regard to noise and behaviour in accordance with our house rules.
2. Please be aware that there is direct access to water in front of the property so you should assess suitability for your group and young children should be supervised at all times.
3. The bunk beds are suitable for children under 12 only due to the size and weight rating.

The clear waters of the estuary provide safe family swimming, and the secluded white sand beaches of Pacific Beach, Te Arai, Pakiri and Langs are a short drive away.
Enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scene, local farmers market and the famous Bennetts Chocolate Shop. Soak up the natural beauty of this slice of coastal paradise, beachcombing, bush walking or just relaxing in a comfy chair with a glass of something cool.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
