Unwind and relax in this charming, duplex family home. Located in a residential community, the home is still an easy walk to the beach, just 1 block away from the beach. You are also close to shopping, cinema, and restaurants at the nearby Gold Coast Mall. This immaculate duplex has a sun deck on the west side of the unit. Everything looks nice and new with new flooring and paint. There are 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, a living room with a flat-screen TV with a sofa. There is cable TV in each room, free WIFI, parking for 2 in the front driveway, also with street parking available on a first come first serve basis.

Good

The location was very nice and quiet the house. It was very nice except a couple things for example. The kitchen was very old need some upgrading the drawers are falling down the doors in the room. Rooms are a little old they don’t close right and the bathroom shower it’s too small but workout! The otherwise everything was nice and clean love the location was great.

Perfect for my family of 4

A dance competition brought my family to our first trip down to Ocean City. We decided we didn’t want to stay in the hotel where it was taking place and found this listing online very close by to where it was taking place and at a great price so we decided this was a much better option as it had a kitchen and washer/dryer! We had a terrific stay. The beds were comfy, I loved how it had 4 queen beds so we each got our own. I also loved that we had 2 bathrooms, it made getting ready in the mornings so much quicker than if there was only one! The decor is nice in the house, beachy which is my favorite. I liked how it had a broom as we utilized it many times when we were there due to tracking in sand from the beach!! My only cons from my stay would be that there are no closets, which I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be, which would’ve been ok if there was usable dressers, but there aren’t any. So I guess a place to put clothes would be a nice addition, and maybe an empty cabinet for food would be good as well, as the cabinets are filled and we lived out of bags for the week. Also the shower is insanely powerful and there is no way to adjust it not to be(that I could figure out) that was rather tricky, especially if you have sunburn (ouch) and it would flood the bathroom any time anyone took a shower. Also there was no iron/ ironing board, so I am very glad I had brought my steamer with me and was able to use that for the week! But all in all, the stay was amazing.
