The stay was good and it was quiet for the most part. The area was clean, shoes were not allowed in the unit. The kitchen had cookware and such. Minimal condiments. The TV remote was broken so we had no volume on the TV and had to turn it on manually. We synced our phone to the Netflix movie we were watching for the sound.

We were very grateful to be welcomed in the host's house. Our stay was decent, and I wanted to write more in detail about the experience to paint a clear picture.Our host's communication was great. Warm and very accommodating.The driveway was occupied, but we were able to park on the street opposite to the house for free throughout our stay which was nice.Although the entrance of this unit is accessed from the inside of the host's house after entering the shared main entrance and going down a small set of stairs, there's a seperate key for that door downstairs to lock it which helps make it feel like a private space. You're asked to leave your shoes next to the main entrance on a floor mat close to everyone else's shoes before heading down the stairs. I wish there were chairs so people who need to be seated while putting on their shoes had space to do so.We felt a slight lack in privacy (at no fault of the host) because every sound can be heard from upstairs as much we could hear the kids playing during the day while we were downstairs. They managed the sounds perfectly during the night however so it was not an issue while sleeping.The TV didn't work initially, but I was able to troubleshoot the issue.The beds were clean and very soft, which was ok for me, but my dad who needed more support for his back had a hard time sleeping in them.Overall we appreciated our stay and the host felt quite accommodating, but would likely look for a different vrbo for our next visit.

Wanted to visit Canada right over the border

Good place very nice and clean. Read the whole listing because it is in the owners basement so you need to be courteous of that! Other than that it’s a nice place.

Very nice lady quick to respond to needs, however lighting in bathroom needs updating as well as pots were limited for cooking and only half the burners worked. The range fan was broken too. I dodnt like parking on the street and was often difficult to find a spot as residents took up the oarking dispote having drive ways.
