Very bad experience

We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking.
