Space

Charming 3 bedroom home with character features throughout, high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms.

The master bedroom at the front of the home is stylishly furnished with a big comfortable king sized bed. Wardrobe to hang your things and a magnificent ornamental fireplace.

To the right of the hallway is the other front bedroom with 2 single beds. These beds are super comfortable to ensure for a good nights sleep.

Onto the cosy living area this space has a cute little kids corner, bean bag, games and books, it's the perfect place to hang out during your stay.

Another bedroom is off living area. This room has a queen sized bed and a hanging space for you clothes.

Through to the spacious dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to prepare meals during your stay.

This home has a lovely outdoor area with a dining setting and BBQ. Great for entertaining with family or friends.

Guest Access

Guests have the whole home and can access via a lockbox at any time.

The Neighborhood

South Launceston is located 3kms from the centre of the city and is characterised by beautiful old homes. They are slowly being renovated and, as a suburb, South Launceston is now considered a desirable address. With easy access to town you also have Guerrilla drive through coffee, the Cheesecake Shop, Hungry Jacks and McDonalds all on Wellington St only moments from this property.

To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!
