This modern 1000 sf walkout garden suite has everything, including bicycles! Furnished in a modern style with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, audio/visual system - 55 inch 4K smart TV and surround sound. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is completely outfitted. There is a built in desk for convenience of those doing work while vacationing. The private, covered patio has a year round barbecue and patio furniture. You’ll find the bedroom is a dream with king size bed and large closet with comfy bath robes. The bathroom has heated tile floor, 2 sinks, separate tub and shower. There is free off street parking and a separate entrance, to make you feel at home. This is a wonderful getaway suitable for one person or a couple. Non smokers only, please. Close to Vic General Hospital, Royal Roads, CFB Esquimalt and the Galloping Goose cycling and walking trail. Thetis Lake is also close by as is Highland Pacific Golf in Course.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

A great location with all the amenities we needed including lots of living space and a well-stocked kitchen. The little extras like bath robes and a welcome basket shows how considerate the hosts are.

Truly was a home away from home. Suite was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need The hosts were a very lovely, welcoming and helpful couple. Excellent location. Ten out of ten.

Beautiful apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. Host very nice and helpful. Pictures of property very accurate. Would recommend this property to anyone. Our stay could not have been better!!!
