Centrally located spacious 3 bedroom apartment for 6 guests. Ocean views, just steps from Caloundra's main street, coffee shops, cafes & close to Kings & Bulcock beaches You have it all on your doorstep

Stylish, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment where you can relax, unwind, enjoy the pool, or stroll to every local attraction

There is secure basement parking for one vehicle.

Guests have complete and sole access to the apartment. There is shared access to the building pool and grounds.

PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "Seafarer Chase" building. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.

Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.

The apartment has secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit. Access is from the driveway at the rear of the building. The apartment has no lift, only 2 flights of stairs from the entrance and 3 flights of stairs from the car park.

The apartment has three bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed (& Ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds

All bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. You will be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

The kitchen is modern and well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.

The dining table seats six. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes.

When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 50 metres ( less than a minute to Caloundra CBD)
- 250 metres (1 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 300 metres (2 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre

Great Hampdens Style Apartment

I really enjoyed the apartment, unfortunately the weather was very very wet however it was a joy to spend the time inside, with a lovely outlook.

Caloundra holiday

First impressions were good, and location excellent. The main key to enter the property was faulty and it was not easy to operate. The ironing board did not work and as we were there for a wedding, this was annoying. A nice unit, and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Chris, the issue was not with the key but with the door, something we have no control over in regard to getting it looked at. We have checked the iron and it seems to be working fine now.

Overall experience wasn't great. General communication is via offshore agents who seem to have no clue about the property itself (nor do they communicate with each other).Photo's and description need to be updated as they do not match what you are paying for. Not overly clean (knife rack in kitchen is thick with grease), pans were dirty, there was sand over one of the couches, and the sheets/bed in the master bedroom were 'gritty' ie they weren't clean. Various items were faulty or damaged and after reporting them, communication stopped. There is no 'ocean view' as described or pictured' and location is also very noisy. This is not a beachside apartment as suggested. It also took over a week to get my deposit back, again being told by offshore agents it would be just a couple of business days. Description, management, everything needs to be revised and updated.

This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
