Wale was amazing - there was some icy patches on the sidewalk to the entrance of the suite and he made sure we would be safe, he sprinkled salt/kitty litter which helps break down the icy patches. We could carry items into the suite and not fall in the process. His was diligent in shoveling the walks so the path would be free of snow. We were very appreciative for his quick response. Wale gave us physical keys to use in case the frozen temperatures would hinder any problem with door access.

Great stay in Saskatoon

From check in to check out, this was a fantastic rental and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs to have a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was cozy, with everything you need for a short or even long term stay. Wale was very welcoming and my stay was quiet and I felt safe in this great neighborhood. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom have everything you need and you will not be disappointed of you stay at this fantastic rental.

The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Property was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Even though it was a downstairs suite, it was quiet cozy and warm. We will not hesitate to use this property again when in Saskatoon to visit the grandkids.

Our beautiful brand new & tastefully furnished, well spacious 756 sqft 1 Bed Basement suite is situated in one of the best residential neighborhoods in Saskatoon. The Rosewood Meadows boasts great serenity, and play parks and is three minutes away from the grocery store, gym, and other amenities (Costco, McDonald's, KFC, H&M, Sephora, etc) open to the public.

The space
Business or pleasure, we believe in providing a comfortable Airbnb experience. 24/7 assistance.
The unit is well spacious, so even though you're in a basement suite it doesn't feel crowded. The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with HRV System. Security safety measures at the perimeter of the building are provided by an aerial surveillance camera for added security and safety of the guests.

Bedroom: A one-bedroom with a queen bed, pillows, freshly cleaned duvet, and sheets.

Living Room: A great living room with a standard couch, 65" TV (comes fully with Amazon Prime, and Netflix), and high-speed WiFi.

Kitchen: This Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, and more. Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the suite sleeps 2 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils). Also includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

PARKING
Upon arrival, street parking is free and available for your use and often the space in front of the house is unoccupied and can be used by you. During the winter days, a charging cable for heating your engine block is provided, you can find the cable sitting on the porch of the house.

ENTRANCE:
To the right side of the house is a paved walkway leading to a dedicated large private entrance. You will receive a unique door code that will work for the duration of your stay. Guests are required to lock the door after entering and departing the property.

INTERNET/WIFI (Shaw Internet 600)
Free high-speed wifi access, code will be provided upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Iron/Ironing board, in-suite Laundry.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the suite.
