Welcome to Sweet Living Guest Suite!

10 minutes walk to ocean, 1 block from Lochside Trail and conveniently located on main bus route. Minutes drive to shopping and family oriented fun. 13 min drive to Victoria International Airport, and just 5 min drive to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

Well appointed bright & clean 2 Bedroom guest suite includes new twin mattresses & bunk bed, new queen mattress and queen pull out.
The space
The space is clean and bright with new flooring and paint to create a very calm relaxed feeling throughout. Master bedroom has new queen mattress, the second smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with new twin mattresses. A fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, stove, oven, Keurig, fridge, freezer etc.
The guest suite offers a semi-private patio with retractable privacy screen (shown in photo) and new Webber bbq & grilling essentials.
There is a sunny fenced in yard with games (bocce, badminton, volley ball). Perfect for a weekend or longer term stay!

Private and cozy with plenty of room for four adults. The suite was tastefully decorated with many personal touches. The host was great to deal with and very accommodating. Close to shopping and beach. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay!

We were very impressed with our stay! It fit our family of six surprisingly well considering four of kids are in their tweens/teens. The apartment is comfortable, homey and nicely furnished. We lacked nothing. Corrie is an excellent, thoughtful host. She kept us updated on events in Sidney and communication with her was easy.We would absolutely stay here again!

Great base in Sidney

Had a great stay here, the place has a very comfortable sofa bed. All the amenities for cooking or BBQing. Nicely decorated and good quality bedding. Communication with Corrie was great we really enioyed our stay. I think its better than the pictures show. Thank you

Perfect location, nice neighborhood

Felt like we were actually at home, very quite and close to everything in Sidney, loved walking into town for coffee, lots of art shops and art displays around town. A very relaxing place to stay. Will go back.

We stayed at Corrie’s suite for 4 nights while doing daily fishing trips out of Van Isle Marina, which is about a mile away. The suite is well located in a residential neighbourhood and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very reasonably priced and we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing in Sidney

The property is centrally located and clean. The host let us check in a few minutes early without any fuss and we fully enjoyed our time on Vancouver Island.

Great host and perfect place to stay for our trip!

Corrie was superb! We asked for rice cooker and some more pots and she was quick to bring in requested stuff, didn't even take 5min. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is close to Sidney by the Sea and pier which we love hanging out to. Highly recommended and we would love coming back!

The suite is nice but it would be better if some upgrades could be done. It would be great if there were more kitchen utensils, pans ( skillets), maybe some condiments/ aluminum foil. The kitchen chairs need to be tightened a bit. The furniture in general is not that comfortable. The location is nice, quiet neighbourhood, few minutes away from the beach/downtown area. Sidney is a lovely place.
