Fabulous

We had 8 adults and 5 children there for 6 nights and 7 days. We have had family vacations to New Orleans, Phoenix, Maine and Yellowstone. Maine is the only place that even came close to this one. The house was perfect. The location was perfect. So many things to do close to the house. My family was very happy with everything including check-in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a luxurious vacation.

Family vacation 24

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great family rental place! The location was perfect to the beach. The pool on the property was amazing for our family! However, we did have some issues. None of the doors were able to be locked, except for the front door. In one of the bathrooms, the shower door panel was missing. In the master suite the bed posts were loose and caused the planks to not support an adult male. In addition to the master suite, the whirlpool was not working. We also had some trouble with the propane tank, not being left filled, and when we inquired about it, the property management was not helpful and we had to pay out-of-pocket for that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a fun filled family beach vacation!

Hi Carol, We are so happy to hear that you had such a great trip! We agree that this is the perfect family house. We are thrilled to report that all of the showers have been renovated since your stay and they are beautiful. We have taken care of the bed as well. The doors are a bit tricky, but the locks are functional. You have to lift up on the handle while turning the lock in order to engage the lock. We are so sorry about the propane, we do like to leave a full tank, but if we miss it, please just call the Welcome Center and we will be happy to bring you a refill! We cannot wait until you come back to stay with us! -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort
