Capturing uninterrupted sea views, this dual-level penthouse boasts a premier address at Cullen Bay Marina. Take in breathtaking sunsets over the bay as you dine alfresco from your private entertaining terrace. Stroll to nearby Mindil Beach for its multicultural sunset markets, and explore the Darwin CBD and Waterfront Precinct just a five minutes’ drive away. Bright and spacious, this apartment comes with a dedicated study, laundry and air-conditioning throughout.
Boasting a prime address on Darwin’s marina estate at Cullen Bay, this fantastic apartment encapsulates Darwin’s relaxed lifestyle with style. It combines generous open-plan interiors with sprawling alfresco spaces and a BBQ to cook up a feast, as well as access to a common swimming pool.

Entering the apartment, the lower level contains the main living quarters with a large dining table for groups to gather. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cater at home, but you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. In the evenings spread out on the sofa with a large smart TV.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find a dedicated study nook ideal for those needing to work from home or set up their laptop. Each of the bedrooms is immaculately appointed with queen-sized beds and built-in wardrobes for storing your belongings, while air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through all seasons. The main bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity, while two other bathrooms, one on each floor, add to your everyday convenience. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities, comprising a washing machine and dryer.

Undercover secure parking is provided for two cars. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself., as well as access to a shared pool. Please make yourself at home!

The beautiful inner-city suburb of Larrakeyah sits less than five minutes’ drive from the Darwin CBD. Get up close to saltwater crocodiles on a jumping croc cruise, explore traditional and contemporary art galleries, take a sunset harbour cruise and experience the surrounding World Heritage-listed national parks. The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines. Discover Darwin’s notable attractions such as the Botanic Gardens and Waterfront Precinct all within easy reach.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.

The beds were only double not queen size.The access up to the balcony was via a very narrow spiral staircase which was very difficult to manage if you had a basket of washing.Apart from that it was quiet and clean. Nice pool but a bit of a trek to get to it.

We loved this stay. The place was amazing, as was the location. Everything we needed was supplied. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, even suggesting things we hadn't thought of. Pool was awesome, just what we needed in between walks. Location superb, Cullen Bay within walking distance, with great restaurants and bars. Honestly couldn't fault the stay, so very glad we found it. Absolutely recommend staying here!!

The location of This unit was the best thing about it! Very close to eateries and has an excellent view of the harbour! The cleanliness was excellent ! The only 2 things that weren’t the best was the shower and the bed in the main bedroom, they could have been bigger as my husband of 6ft 4 really struggled to
