- One cozy bunk bedroom adjoining one of the king bedrooms, to create a family suite.

• The cottage is part of a commercial estate with restaurant.

• There may be staff in the gardens and attending to the animals during your stay.

• Rates are calculated for 5 beds and up to 12 people; any additional individuals or the utilization of split kings or single beds require approval and extra charges apply. All roll out beds are kept off site and must be booked in and paid for prior to your stay.

• The adjoining commercial space to the cottage is accessible upon request and extra charges apply.
