LIVING SPACE - Cozy 400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, TV, fireplace heater (no flames), and comfy living room seating. The bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full sized appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. The TV and complimentary WiFi will keep you entertained while relaxing at the property. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor dining set, and charcoal barbecue for sunny summer days. The fully fenced yard makes for a safe place for a small pet to play.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 2 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
