Needs work

Stairway to the front door needs to be addressed. Leaning stairs and hand rail. Hot tub would not go above 97 degrees so unusable. I booked this place based on a hot tub and location. The two single beds were terrible. Front door would not lock with the entry code given.

Absolutely 5 stars! Customer service was responsive when I had a small question during my stay. I would definitely consider booking with Big Bear Cool Cabins again for a future trip.

Unfortunately we never did use the hot tub. We were on the move quite a lot. However we did all feel it would be a little too small to accommodate 3 adults.We did not ski. We took day trips to Salton Sea and Joshua tree.

Everything I expected!

My and fiancée couldn't have asked for a better getaway cabin. The customer service and communication was great, the staff had the room ready on time, and the entire cabin smelled great and was clean. The location of our cabin was ideal, with stores nearby and plenty of attractions to see. I especially liked how that our cabin was supplied with flashlights, little things definitely going far. We are already planning our next trip!

Nice place. The hot tub appears to be right out the back door, but it is actually down the stairs, around the building, up the hill, and in the backyard. The BBQ was down the stairs also. It was cold at night, and it was a long walk. Had we brought another couple or had guests over, the utensils and cookware would not have been enough. We were told the TV was not cast-ready. It did have Netflix on it, but over time we were able to cast and watch our shows. It was nice, but a little more disclosure would have been helpful. The host was nice and responsive.

It was great weekend in a cozy cabin! The couch was perfect with a fire and a movie. The whole place gave a great cabin getaway feel! I unfortunately thought the hot tub was out the back door. Ended up not using the hot tub because of the walk and cold temps. Also, could use a fresh set of bath towels for backup. Regardless, excellent place and I would recommend.

you're jacuzzi never got hot and the only thing I wanted on this trip was to be in a really hot jacuzzi and relax... so I'm sad about that other wise it was great
