Our three bedroom home is located centrally in the quiet seaside village of Leigh. It's only a two-minute walk to the local's favourite restaurant 'Leigh Sports Bar', takeaway coffees, fish and chips and the general store; a ten-minute walk to Leigh Harbour, and a 20-minute walk to Matheson's Bay.
The property sleeps six, with two king singles pushed together in the master bedroom, two singles in bedroom 2, and a double bunk for the kids in bedroom 3. The modern kitchen/lounge setup has small views of the sea, and flows on to a deck and backyard for relaxing summer evenings.
The property is fully fenced and gated, so your car is off the road and out of sight. Two open car ports are available with a large concrete driveway for the kids to scooter in. The local school has a skate park just minutes away.
This central location is perfect for exploring the wider region, where we are spoilt with vineyards, beautiful beaches, surf breaks, markets, eateries and more. Only an hour drive North of Auckland, all linen is provided to take the hassle out of your holiday. We have a few surfboards available that you are welcome to use.
One week stay minimum over summer. No pets or smoking/vaping allowed, this is a smoke-free property. No parties please, 6 people maximum as the house is on septic tanks and rainwater.
Cleaning free of $100 is required.
