Sanddancers is a property made up of two beautiful, spacious and light apartments, perched by Jervis Bay's crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches.

It offers a unique opportunity to enjoy 4 ensuite bedrooms on one level as well as a separate upper floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Both levels have large central, shared living spaces and alfresco areas. Making it the perfect space for families or friends to come together and enjoy privacy as well as shared areas.

The upper unit “Above”:
- This large property has a beautiful open plan living space with a stunning, well equipped modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and lounge featuring smart TV. Concertina doors open up onto a spacious entertaining deck with dining table, lounge and family BBQ, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy easy holidays
- Enjoy views across the bay from two good sized bedrooms featuring new queen beds, walk in robes and TVs. A large, well kept bathroom has a shower and separate corner bath, completing all the essentials for a seamless stay.

You must climb stairs to access the upper level of this property. The stairwell of the upper unit is open behind couches. Please look at images and check the suitability for young children.

You are renting two units that make up the entire property at Sanddancers - you have exclusive use of the driveway, parking etc. The doors to both units are separate. You have to go outside one unit and back inside the other - this walkway is undercover but is external - so it would not be suitable for example to have children on separate levels to their parents.
