The Park House building boasts a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna, cinema, kids play room and more. Victoria Gardens shopping centre is at your door, as is the tram to the CBD in 15 mins.
As soon as you step into this brand-new apartment, you'll be greeted by a haven of style and comfort. Every corner of this space exudes elegance, and has been thoughtfully arranged to optimize functionality, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is chic. The apartment features a modern bathroom with high-end finishes providing a spa-like experience. Plus, the European-style laundry adds convenience to your stay. In the sleek, well appointed kitchen you'll find stone benchtops and top of the line Gagganau appliances, perfect for whipping up a goumet meal. Or, enjoy a morning coffee with the Nespresso machine provided. But the true gem of this inner city stay is the Yarra River, which beckons you to explore it's stunning walking tracks. When you're ready to indulge yourself after a day exploring all the city has to offer, then take advantage of the Park House building's fantastic facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a private cinema, a golf simulator, a lounge area for relaxation, a sun deck with lounges for soakin up the sun, and a fully equipped gym for your fitness needs.
Our guests have full access to this beautiful apartment and all the incredible facilities the building has to offer.

Bridge Road and Swan Street eateries and boutiques are close by, along with direct access to the Capital City Trail which runs along the Yarra River.
1) Prohibited Activities
Smoking inside is not allowed.
Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).
Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

We kindly request you to:
Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
Remove all personal items.
Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.
A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured.
Please leave the property in a tidy state.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.
4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods.
Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.
5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.
6) Housekeeping
Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee.
