That place was wonderful and very quiet neighbors we had a great time specially my daughter loved the golf car. And then Owner was very nice person. Definitely want to book next time.

Great getaway!

We loved the home. It was in a perfect location. We really enjoyed the golf cart to get around. Beach, lake, and pool were very close. Great host and very flexible with us with check-in in and out.

This property was very nice. All the windows in the front gave us a great view of snow and deer. We definitely plan to come back.

A quick trip for rest and relaxation!

Came up for a gate-away over Thanksgiving .The house was just what we needed, comfortable and clean with great instructions! I love the comfortable beds/bedding and the flow of the kitchen with the dining room and living room!! Can’t wait to come back !! Nice being close to Jim Thorpe too !

The house was comfortable and centrally located to many activities. Ryan DiSalva, our host, provided detailed inormation about the house and was responsive when we had questions/concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the deer roaming fearlessly through our yard.

Perfect family weekend

We loved our stay! This home is clean, located in a lovely community and perfect for our family weekend! The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and pet friendly! We loved walking around the neighborhood and even more we loved riding around in the golf cart! We enjoyed s’mores, feeding the deer and lots of family time! The contact person is very communicative and extremely helpful with any questions that arose. Definitely recommend!

Outdoor scenery and surroundings very nice.

Comfortable living in a rural setting. Loved the deer that were right at home with us and begged for food. Closets and dresser drawers were cluttered and full of many items. Would have been nice to have written instructions on use of T.V. 3 remotes and certainly did not want to mess up any settings. Enjoyed the stay in a neat setting.

Outdoor fires are prohibited to short term renters.

The house and property were very nice. The owner communicated well I thought. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to use the outdoor fire pit, which was the main reason that I rented the property. The owner told me that I could use the propane fire on the deck. Later that evening, a very confrontational police/security individual demanded that I immediately turn off the propane fire, which I did. By the police/security individuals own admission, this community discriminates against short term renters.

Cozy Getaway

Myself, my friend and a dog stayed at this place. It was what we needed and the host was very attentive. He reached out to us several times to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, and he gave us the option for early check in without our asking which was such a great gift. There was an ant issue but sounds like he will have it resolved for the next guests through pest control; we didn’t mind too much. Trash seemed to be on the property but we don’t think that’s caused by the host but more situational with trash collection maybe in the area. Really enjoyed the getaway and the communal living space was so lovely with the natural light. Oh and they had so many channels and tv options which made for a fun lounging evening!

Our July stay at this house was absolutely amazing. Firstly, the host was in communication with us before we checked in and throughout our stay. You will not find a more responsive host, always checking in with us to see if everything is OK and answering all of our questions. We stayed for a weekend and we ended up finding a gem in the Poconos. This house was clean, and freshly updated in many ways. The central AC was perfect and the house was nice and cool. The backyard was large and had a gazebo and fire pit. The house is a short walk to a beautiful lake/beach and pool and we had passes to these amenities. The house also came with many games for children and adults to enjoy. The host even offered us a golf cart to ride around the neighborhood which really made the weekend special. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
