We enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities in the condo. We appreciate the body boards, cooler, and beach chairs. Very clean property and access to the beach was amazing. I had excellent response from management with all my questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo with a balcony for beach watching and seeing space launches. Very few issues, but the manager sent maintenence quickly if there was. Convenient location. Nice pool, but it was closed for construction our last 2 weeks.

Excellent in front of the sea

The apartment is great, it has several kitchen utensils, including some basic seasonings, lots of cleaning products, 4 beach chairs. The bed was just a little sunken, the bathrooms are great.

Older building but condo was updated very nicely. Very clean, well stocked, with beautiful view of the beach! Since the access to the beach was private the beach wasn’t crowded.

Great View!

Very nice area and this unit was very clean. Bring binoculars! Alot to see with being on the space coast and close to Port Canaveral if you like watching ships and planes. Beautiful view of the stars as well. Also check launch schedule for Rocket Launches, we did see one and missed another. We will return to Cocoa Beach.

My only reason for not giving an overall 5 star was that the master bedroom windows, facing the ocean wouldn't open. Corrosion from salt air maybe? And hearing the surf going to sleep and waking up is something I look forward to.

Great view, some areas seemed a bit worn

While photos show the property well. Flooring and tvs updated, view is ocean front and great for visiting Kennedy Space Center. The base of the oven seems to be coming apart and aluminum foil placed over it, fridge scalped up but worked ( as did ice maker, very happy about that). Bathrooms dated. Seemed to be well supplied for the beach. There is some of the ceiling on the balcony seems to be peeling and deteriorating. Perhaps an inspection and repairs maybe in order to insure water penetration is not an issue, I don’t know the age of the building.

Birthday Celebration at Cocoa Beach

We wanted a condo where we could see the ocean from our bedroom and the main living area. We were pleasantly surprised by the two master bedrooms. The bathrooms were small…but how much time do you spend in the bathroom. It was well decorated and the management team was very nice in checking with us and making sure everything was okay. The only thing that would have made it nicer if it had been beach weather.

This is a newly decorated Condo right on the beach....the view could not be any better! Just gorgeous ocean & sand!! Beds are comfy ....Master also has a direct view to the ocean.Nice little balcony to sit outside on.from the living room. Very relaxing! Great large screen TVs also. Nice washer & dryer in the unit. We did see dolphiins swimming one a.m. quite aways out. A pair of Morning Doves entertained us a few times with their cooing.

The location of this property is truly fantastic, and it has rooms closest to the beach. It’s located on the second floor, which not only gives us an unobstructed view of the ocean but also makes it easy to bring items up and down from the car. Standing on the balcony, we can see the rocket launch facility, which is quite inspiring. Although the beach is public, the only public beach access is through the public parks. These apartment buildings have private access to the beach, so it’s like private beach. The apartment itself is equipped with nearly everything we need. The kitchen has enough cookware and tableware, and the closet has beach chairs, umbrellas, body surfing boards, coolers, and more. One unexpected surprise is that, to protect sea turtles, the rule says, after 9 PM, the side of the building facing the beach can only have dim lighting, and the pool cannot be used, making the evenings very quiet. It’s very convenient to go anywhere from the apartment. We went to Publix for grocery, nearby restaurants, night kayaking in Banana River (15 min) and the Kennedy Space Center (20+ min). The communication with the property manager was easy. She provided all the information in advance and responded promptly to any questions. We had a wonderful four nights here and want to be back again.
