Loved it!

We highly recommend this rental. From booking to check out, our experience was exceptional. Lots of space, super clean, cozy and perfect location overlooking Higgins Lake.

We had a wedding nearby and gathered a lot of family here. The view of the lake is beautiful and the main gathering area around the kitchen is large and warm for a lot of people to gather and spend time. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. Communication with property manager was easy and felt very personal so was very much appreciated. Have stayed in quite a few VRBO's over the years and I would highly recommend this property.

Higgins lake fall color change

The manager, Liz, was so nice, kind and responsive. This property has been designed beautifully with high quality material. The house was spotless and very clean when we got there and they have a nice full kitchen with all we needed. We had a wonderful weekend and are planning to go there next year, too! .

The BEST Spot for Girls Weekend

When I say we were all thrilled with this property, I really mean WE WERE ALL THRILLED! This property EXCEEDED our expectations and is now on our list to come to yearly for our girls gathering. We wanted a place that could fit the 8 of us comfortably and it did just that. We all had our own beds and plenty of common space to sit and laugh and eat and laugh some more :). The kitchen was SO well equipped and our host was very responsive which was amazing. We cannot wait to come back for more memories to be made!

The lake front was amazing just wish it was a bit warmer outside. The location is great and the house is great. The neighbor with the dog kind of sucks because the dog kept chasing my dog and she was not controlling the dog. Also I think you guys consider updating a room to a king bed. Hard to have two full size adults in a queen bed. Everything else was amazing and we would definitely consider coming back to the house.
